1. Introduction

Neuronet AI Solutions("Movu", "we") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it when you use the Movu app and website.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: phone number, name, email, profile photo, and Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
  • Request details: pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type, trip type, cargo description, weight and photos, receiver name and phone on Send trips.
  • Location: your device location while you compose a request, and your live location when you choose to share it with a driver. Drivers' locations are collected while they are online and on a trip.
  • Trip records: statuses, GPS trail, ratings, in-app chat messages.
  • Driver verification: identity, licence, clearance and vehicle documents, stored privately and visible only to Movu reviewers.
  • Device data: push notification tokens, app version and diagnostic logs.

3. How we use it

To run dispatch (offering your request to nearby drivers), calculate distance-based prices, show live tracking, enable chat and calls, verify drivers, settle commissions, provide support, send service notifications and improve the service. We do not track your location outside active use of the app.

4. Sharing

Your name, pickup, drop-off, cargo details and (once you choose them) your phone number are shared with the driver fulfilling your request, and the driver's details are shared with you and your receiver. We use service providers for SMS, push notifications, maps, payments (Paynow for driver top-ups) and hosting. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention and security

Trip records are kept for as long as needed for support, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Driver documents are kept while the driver account is active. Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls. You can delete your account from the app settings.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. We comply with the Zimbabwe Cyber and Data Protection Act and applicable standards.
